We are a family operated business based in our hometown of Los Angeles, California. Our growing team embodies Los Angeles — a melting pot of nationalities and backgrounds who have all planted roots here, building on a very strong connection we have with our community. Our studio is a collaborative creative space, in which our creative team works alongside our production team to develop all of our products from start to finish.
Our parents, each with 35+ years of experience in the textile and garment industry, taught us from a young age to pay attention to details that matter. Committed to ethical manufacturing and inimitable quality, we work with the highest quality manufacturing partners to create custom knit fabrics to our specifications and to ensure a premium and consistent product. At labdip, we want you to live in our products and always feel confident. Our styles bridge the gap between comfort, luxury and maturity and are designed to drape perfectly on any body type. We work closely with a local family factory to create small batch production runs, crafting each piece using old school manufacturing techniques combined with modern technology.
labdip is an American born, American made company and we are extremely proud of the products we produce. We believe that our main responsibility is to create pieces that will last forever, as we are deeply focused on fair labor, sustainability, and efficiency. Partnering with local craftspeople to bring our garments to life allows us to support our community, while reducing the impact of our supply chain's carbon footprint. In addition, California has the most stringent environmental protection rules imposed on the industry of dyeing. By dyeing and finishing almost all of our garments in California, you are assured our fabric processing is environmentally friendly.
