Shipping

Labdip works with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping labels may be generated using either the customer’s account or Labdip’s, with charges added to the final invoice. Signature requirements can be added upon request, and we recommend this if the customer arranges their own delivery. While Labdip always strives to ship as quickly as possible, garment manufacturing is a human process with many moving parts. Shipping estimates are provided at the time of order placement, but may be subject to delays from unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify the customer as soon as possible; however, orders already in process may not be canceled. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all goods are sold on an EXW (Ex Works) basis, meaning the customer is responsible for all costs and risk once the goods leave Labdip’s facility in Los Angeles. If Labdip arranges shipping on the customer’s behalf, it is provided as a convenience only, and all risk of loss, delay, or damage during transit remains with the customer. Customers with specific delivery deadlines may be required to pay expedited shipping or rush production fees.

Local Pickup

Local pickup at our Downtown Los Angeles warehouse is an option.

When your order is ready to be picked up, we'll email you with instructions. Order pickup hours are between 10:30 am and 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or cover duties and taxes prior to your order being placed. Any applicable fees will be collected directly by the carrier upon delivery. If the customer refuses delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes, no refund or reimbursement will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package has left our facility in Los Angeles, CA (USA) - we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. Please verify the shipping address you input matches your correct location. Check with your neighbors to make sure that they did not receive it by mistake. Many times, packages are marked delivered before they actually are – give it a few days for it to arrive. If you still have not received it, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment.

Returns

All sales are final upon order confirmation. Orders may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged, except for verifiable defects or errors solely attributable to Labdip. Any such claims must be submitted in writing within five (5) calendar days of delivery. After this period, all goods shall be deemed fully accepted, and no further claims will be honored. Any remedy for defective goods will be addressed on a case-by-case basis at Labdip’s sole discretion. Remedies may include replacement, credit, or refund; however, Labdip is under no obligation to provide any specific remedy.

Cancellations

Once payment is received, cancellations are no longer permitted. Production begins immediately to maintain our commitment to timely delivery.
