Frequently Asked Questions

  • Files can be Raster (JPG, PSD, TIFF, BMP) or Vector (AI, EPS, SVG, Vector-compatible PDF). Vector file is preferred and for certain applications, it is required for clarity. If file is Raster and needs to be converted to Vector, we can do so with an additional fee. Art must be saved at actual desired print size. We're happy to go over details on applications to achieve your goal.

  • Most projects are delivered within 4-6 weeks from the date of sample approval. Please note that lead times may vary based on production capacity, seasonal demand, and material availability. While we aim to provide accurate timelines, we recommend submitting orders early to ensure timely delivery.

  • Yes, samples are available for a fee.

  • All of our cotton fabrics are produced in Los Angeles using 100% US-grown cotton. All knitting, cutting, sewing, dyeing and customizing is done in Los Angeles within a 5 mile radius. Partnering with local craftspeople allows us to support our community, while reducing the impact of our supply chain's carbon footprint. We work with Los Angeles County factories that pay above the minimum wage per hour ($17.27/hour as of July 2024) and treat their workers fairly. California currently has the highest EPA standards in the USA and all of our factories adhere to these standards.

  • We work with dye houses who adhere to California’s Environmental Protection Agency standards in regards to water and energy use as well as waste, which are the strictest in the country.

  • Yes, we partner with designers and brands worldwide.

  • A deposit is required to start a project and the balance will be due once the order is ready.
