Customers who purchase an expedited shipping option before 10:00 AM PST on a business day, will have their order shipped that same day. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be shipped the following business day.
Back-ordered and pre-ordered items are not eligible for expedited shipping.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, pending inventory availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you purchased a back-ordered or pre-order item(s), please refer to the shipping time frame listed in the product description. DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once the package has left our facility in Los Angeles, CA (USA) - we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. If your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company.
If your package is damaged or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the item inside. Please submit a claim with the courier used to ship your order and you must contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving package.
If a package is undeliverable and returned to Labdip, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return and you will be sent store-credit (excluding shipping costs).
