Labdip aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
Please note - customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have item(s) sent back.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items (please allow up to 7 days for processing). To expedite the return process, please ship the item(s) back with the original packing slip invoice. Store-credit will be delivered via email in the form of an E-Gift Card, which does not expire. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. Refunds will not be accepted. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

- Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. (Final Sale items are marked on the product page)
For any item(s) approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 21 business days.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your return request. Include your order #, the items you would like to return, and the return reason for each item. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response from one of our customer support representatives with further instructions.
