We have a 50 piece minimum.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
You may submit your application using the <WHOLESALE> link. Your application will be manually reviewed within 1-3 business days. Once approved, an email will be sent to you.
Can I get samples?
Once your account has been approved, you may purchase samples— just send a follow-up email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your requests.
I don’t have a brand, can I still order?
Yes, we are here to support designers/creatives who are looking to communicate their vision to the world. If you don't have a business license or seller’s permit, tell us a little bit about yourself and we’ll see how we can help.
What is the difference between a wholesale account and a non-wholesale account?
Wholesale accounts will have access to exclusive pricing. Non-wholesale accounts will be able to place bulk orders at a discounted rate + taxes (if applicable).
My account was approved. How do I make a purchase?
Once your account is approved, you may submit your purchase order directly to email@example.com and an invoice will be sent via Square.
Do you screenprint or embroider?
Yes, we offer screenprinting and embroidery services (minimum 100 pieces).
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes, we offer private labeling services (minimum 300 pieces). You will be required to provide us with your labels.
Do the products have branding, labels or tags?
All of our products come with both a care label and a size label on the left side seam.
Can you manufacture my own design?
No, we do not offer private manufacturing services.
Will new colorways and styles become available?
We plan on adding new colorways and styles every season to our catalog. We work directly with a local dye house to develop new tones sustainably. Feel free to reach out and let us know if you are looking for a particular color or style. Follow us on Instagram for the latest announcements.

Do you practice sustainable and ethical manufacturing?
labdip is an American born, American made company and we are extremely proud of the products we produce. We believe that our main responsibility is to create pieces that will last forever and we are deeply focused on fair labor, sustainability, and efficiency. Partnering with local craftspeople to bring our garments to life allows us to support our community, while reducing the impact of our supply chain's carbon footprint. In addition, California has the most stringent environmental protection rules imposed on the industry of dyeing. By dyeing and finishing almost all of our garments in California, you are assured our fabric processing is environmentally friendly.

We ship worldwide from our distribution center located in Los Angeles, CA.
Can I dropship?
No, we do not offer drop shipping.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process and ship within 3-5 business days, pending product availability. Expected shipping dates for back-ordered items vary based on where the item is in its production process and are updated regularly.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated by carrier based on weight.
Will I pay duties?
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
